Job summary

Avomind in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager to onboard new clients and drive growth of existing accounts through a value-based approach. You will work within a diverse team to deliver impactful results and meet KPIs.

The role requires fluency in English and Malayalam/Hindi, strong knowledge of forex markets, and experience in a CFD trading sales environment. A hybrid work model, discretionary bonus, and medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and account growth experience in financial services.
• Solid understanding of forex markets and currency movements.
• Proven ability to analyze financial markets, indicators, and macro trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and licensing relevant to CFD/brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
• Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media engagement.
• Develop professional relationships with your client portfolio to ensure high-quality service.
• Research and identify opportunities to develop new prospects and assess customer potential.
• Prepare and execute effective sales activities using reports and business insights.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints promptly.
• Provide feedback to teams regarding customer needs and challenges.
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Stay informed about global economic indicators and market developments.
