Responsibilities include meeting KPI targets, expanding your portfolio with personalized support, researching prospects, coordinating with departments to resolve issues, and maintaining timely reports for management.

Qualifications

• Native Vietnamese and fluent in English.
• Expertise in Forex Markets and currency dynamics.
• Analytical skills for markets and indicators.
• Strong client service and regulatory awareness.
• Sales experience in CFD/brokerage environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
• Activate, retain and grow your client portfolio with personalized support.
• Develop trusted relationships and keep clients updated on developments.
• Research sources for prospects and evaluate customer potential.
• Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with reports and insights.
• Listen to customers and offer suitable investment solutions.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
