Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational activities across multiple projects. You will drive efficiency, ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction, and align resources with project goals.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in operations management within the UAE.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure projects meet company standards and client requirements.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards.
• Prepare reports and management presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and service delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Support growth through planning and process optimization.
