Job summary

Gulf Cement Co. is seeking experienced maintenance professionals across electrician, mason, AC technician, and carpenter roles to join our Ras Al Khaimah manufacturing facility’s maintenance team. The position is full-time and targets candidates with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and structural systems, routine inspections, handling emergencies, and maintaining orderly records.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and work at heights where required.
• Experience across multiple trades is preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, building structures, and carpentry elements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of office spaces, utilities, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with facility management and other team members.
• Perform renovations, repairs, and improvements to office spaces.
