Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled AC / Multi Technician / Plumber to join our maintenance team in Dubai. The candidate will handle AC, plumbing, and general maintenance work safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on experience with AC systems, plumbing tasks, and basic maintenance duties, with strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. UAE driving license is advantageous; UAE maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in AC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• UAE maintenance experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform AC servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for AC systems.
• Handle plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Perform water supply and drainage pipe repairs and replacements.
• Carry out minor electrical, carpentry, masonry, and handyman works when required.
• Identify faults and provide suitable repair solutions.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain good workmanship and complete tasks within the required time.
• Follow company safety procedures and site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and report completed works to the supervisor.
