Job summary

Gulf Cement Co. is seeking experienced maintenance professionals across electrician, mason, AC technician, and carpenter roles to join our Ras Al Khaimah manufacturing facility’s maintenance team. The position is full-time and targets candidates with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and structural systems, routine inspections, handling emergencies, and maintaining orderly records.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and work at heights where required.
• Experience across multiple trades is preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience is a plus.

We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals across multiple trades (Electrician, Mason, AC Technician, Carpenter) to join our manufacturing facility's maintenance team.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, building structures, and carpentry elements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections of office spaces, utilities, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Collaborate with facility management and other team members
• Perform renovations, repairs, and improvements to office spaces

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in your respective trade
