Job summary

Trusted FIX Technical Services LLC in Dubai is seeking a genuinely hands-on Senior Multi-Skilled MEP Technician. You will independently diagnose and repair faults across HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing, without constant supervision, and handle residential/commercial maintenance call-outs.

The role requires strong fault-finding across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, UAE maintenance experience preferred, and a valid UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing
• Good fault-finding ability beyond basic installation work
• UAE maintenance experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence strongly preferred
• Good spoken English and professional customer communication
• Able to use WhatsApp/mobile apps for job updates and reports
• Reliable, organised and willing to take responsibility
• Must be willing to complete a practical technical assessment before employment
• Preference for candidates immediately available or with short notice period

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair split AC, ducted AC, FCU/chilled water systems and general HVAC faults
• Electrical fault finding, wiring, switches, sockets, DBs, lighting and general maintenance
• Plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, water heaters, pumps and general maintenance
• Attend residential and commercial maintenance call-outs
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Explain faults clearly to customers and recommend the correct repair
• Complete job reports, photos and updates through our job management system
• Maintain tools, materials and company vehicle properly
• Support and coordinate other technicians when required

You must be able to independently diagnose and repair faults across HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing without constant supervision.

Main duties will include:

• Diagnose and repair split AC, ducted AC, FCU/chilled water systems and general HVAC faults

• Electrical fault finding, wiring, switches, sockets, DBs, lighting and general maintenance

• Plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, water heaters, pumps and general maintenance

• Attend residential and commercial maintenance call-outs

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance

• Explain faults clearly to customers and recommend the correct repair

• Maintain tools, materials and company vehicle properly

Desired Candidate Profile

This is not a helper or trainee position. We are looking for someone who can genuinely work independently.
