Ancler Vanguard Technical Services LLC in Dubai seeks a dedicated MEP Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across client sites.
You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment, ensuring reliable operation. Reading drawings, using testing instruments, and following UAE HSE guidelines are essential. The role requires teamwork, problem solving and the ability to work independently.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of AHUs, FCUs, split AC units, pumps, motors, fans and other MEP equipment.
Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, switches, sockets, DBs, breakers and basic control circuits.
Perform plumbing maintenance including water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, valves and associated piping.
Diagnose faults and attend to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Read and understand MEP drawings, schematics and technical layouts.
Use appropriate testing instruments and hand/power tools safely and correctly.
Identify the cause of equipment faults and carry out appropriate corrective action.
Conduct regular inspections and report defects, abnormalities and potential failures.
Complete preventive maintenance checklists, service reports and work orders accurately.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other technicians to complete maintenance works.
Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area after completing maintenance activities.
Follow company procedures, safety requirements and UAE HSE regulations at all times.
Ensure all tools, equipment and materials are properly maintained and used safely.
Provide professional support to clients and respond appropriately to maintenance requests.
Assist with installation, modification and minor repair works as required.
Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials used and equipment condition.
Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or MEP-related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Knowledge of basic health and safety requirements.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
