Job summary

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and address maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and hotel equipment.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Test and troubleshoot repairs; assist with painting and surface prep.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety policies.
• Program TVs and handle basic housekeeping/engineering tasks.
• Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds as required.
