Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Engineering staff member to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance across hotel facilities.

The role covers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks, with focus on safety and quality. A valid Driver's License is required, and prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position located at King Faisal Street.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting is preferred.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; inspect and lubricate components.
• Identify shut-offs and operate valves; maintain inventory and requisition parts.
• Follow safety policies, document activities, and ensure clean, safe work areas.
• Program TVs and assist with basic building systems and housekeeping tasks.
