Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and control property temperature and energy usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment; install/maintain electrical and piping systems.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Move and handle objects safely and assist with lifting as needed.
