Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Sharjah is seeking a Non-Management Engineering & Facilities technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems.

You will inspect electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment, maintain inventory, and follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout. A driver’s license and prior hotel maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect tools and perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout procedures.
