Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in general maintenance.
• Exterior and interior surface preparation and painting experience.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems in guestrooms and public areas.
• Follow safety policies and communicate daily activities to shifts.
