Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with the appropriate department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting).
• Use upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and brand standards.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail and input loyalty points where applicable.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties and staff training, while maintaining professional communication and confidentiality.
