Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to own operations, drive team productivity, ensure quality control and maximize workshop performance.

You will reduce vehicle turnaround time, improve service quality, and maintain strong customer satisfaction while leading a multi-brand service team. Candidates currently working as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Operations Manager or Senior Workshop Controller are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of automotive workshop/service experience.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Must have multi-brand workshop experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and diagnostic systems.
• Experience managing technicians, productivity and service quality.
• Understanding of job cards, estimations, turnaround times and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and customer complaint handling.
• UAE Driving Licence preferred.
