Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks an experienced Garage Manager to oversee the automotive workshop. You will lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance and repairs, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, parts inventory, maintenance scheduling, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service and uptime for company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of garage/workshop management experience, preferably in UAE or GCC.
• Experience managing fleet vehicles and various vehicle types (passenger cars, light commercial, heavy equipment).
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Experience with workshop and fleet management software.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics, technicians, electricians, and workshop staff.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
• Ensure timely diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Monitor workshop productivity and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, lubricants, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and vehicle history.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor workshop expenses.
• Conduct quality inspections before vehicle handover.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures.
• Train and mentor staff to improve technical performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Garage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive workshop in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle maintenance and repair activities, leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with UAE safety standards, controlling workshop costs, and maximizing vehicle uptime.
