Job summary

WeMoveWell by Flying Carpet Express Forwarding & Clearing LLC in Dubai, UAE, is establishing a dedicated moving division. We seek an experienced Moving Operations Manager to build, train, and lead the moving team and to oversee day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, service quality, staff development, and implementing operational standards to deliver a smooth moving experience for residential and commercial relocations.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving/relocation industry in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven experience supervising moving crews.
• Knowledge of packing, furniture handling, dismantling and reassembly.
• Ability to recruit and train movers and packers.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise a professional moving and packing team.

• Plan manpower, equipment and truck requirements for each move.
• Ensure furniture, fragile items and personal belongings are packed and transported safely.
• Train staff on packing, dismantling, loading, unloading and reassembly standards.

• Maintain high customer service standards throughout each move.
• Handle operational issues, damages or customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure moving equipment, tools and packing materials are properly maintained and stocked.
• Support development of operating procedures and quality standards for the new moving division.
• Coordinate with management on staffing, scheduling and day-to-day requirements.

• Proven experience supervising moving crews

• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple moving jobs
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Experience with residential, villa, office and international relocation moves is preferred
