Orient Insurance PJSC in Dubai is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive motor insurance renewals, maximize customer retention, and cross-sell products. You will contact customers, manage quotations, and maintain CRM records to hit renewal and sales KPIs.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and communication skills, are capable negotiators, and bring a customer-centric mindset. English is required; Arabic is an advantage in a multilingual market.

• Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams.
