Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Retail Client Onboarding and Mortgage/Lending operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality client outcomes across the lending lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, risk control, and customer-centric service while handling property registration, mortgage liaison, documentation, and MIS reporting in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience.
• Mortgage processing or banking operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Quick learner with a positive, adaptable mindset.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented; collaborative team player.
• Interest in banking, lending, mortgage, or financial services operations.
• English/ Arabic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle Mortgage Liaison activities for property registration with government offices and institutions in the UAE.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate documentation for property registration for mortgage lending.
• Track collateral documents and safeguard collateral assets through the lending lifecycle.
• Manage mortgage settlement activities with robust custodianship controls.
• Maintain mortgage loan security docs within the eSDS system and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare security documentation trackers and Title Deed MIS reports for monitoring and risk management.
• Regularly review process notes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly MIS reporting as required.
• Conduct Personal Discussions with HNW and high-value clients as needed.
• Maintain effective client communications in compliance with regulations and policies.
