Job summary

Huspy is expanding its mortgage broker network in the UAE. We are seeking a Partner Success Associate to acquire new introducers, reactivate existing brokerages, and manage ongoing partnerships across Abu Dhabi.

You will build long-term relationships, ensure qualified leads, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance. The role requires deep UAE mortgage/real estate knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UAE mortgage and real estate markets.
• Proven track record in mortgages, real estate, or partnerships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new mortgage brokerages and partners in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
• Reactivate dormant brokerages with CRM-driven outreach and meetings.
• Manage active brokerages with regular updates and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing/training to deliver partner workshops or materials.
• Ensure timely handover of leads and accurate reporting in the CRM.
