Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage and home finance solutions, supporting customers throughout their property financing journey. You will play a key role in advising clients on suitable mortgage options, ensuring a seamless application process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, acquire new customers, and build strong relationships while identifying opportunities to cross-sell other banking products. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and smooth processing of mortgage applications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive business growth by generating mortgage sales and achieving defined sales targets within assigned markets.
• Guide customers through the mortgage journey, clearly explaining: Documentation requirements, Application process, Approval procedures.
• Manage customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination: Pre-approval stage, Post-approval documentation and formalities.
• Ensure all mortgage applications are: Processed within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to establish and strengthen tie-ups with Real Estate Agents.

Accurate and error-free

• Provide regular updates and insights on: Property market trends.
• Identify and onboard at least two real estate companies per quarter to expand the business network .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with: Real estate agents.

Developer sales teams

• Focus on acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and expanding the customer base.
• Support team performance by: Preparing and sharing MIS reports, Providing regular updates on the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales role
