Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mobile Repair, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of mobile repair and retail sales experience.
• Experience repairing Android and iPhone devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
• Repair smartphones, tablets and related accessories.
• Replace defective parts such as screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers and cameras.
• Perform software updates, data backup, restoration and device configuration.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure repaired devices are functioning properly.

Technical Responsibilities

Retail Sales Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones accessories and related products

Inventory amp Store Operations

• Monitor spare parts and accessory stock levels

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or certification in Mobile Repair, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile repair and retail sales. Experience repairing Android and iPhone devices is preferred. Knowledge of mobile operating systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
