Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai is looking for a mobile device technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and related equipment at client sites or service centers.

You will perform software installations, updates, data recovery, and component replacements (screens, batteries, motherboards), keep precise repair records, and travel to customer locations as needed while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics/IT cert preferred.
• Proven mobile/device technician or field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
