• Maintain accurate stock and coordinate between shop inventory and online platforms.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.
• Create attractive content, offers and promotions for social media platforms.
• Keep online stores and social media pages active and updated.

The candidate should have good communication and customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage online orders, product listings, customer inquiries and sales.The candidate should be hardworking, honest, target-oriented and willing to learn new online sales platforms. UAE experience in mobile phone sales or e-commerce will be an advantage.
