Job summary

DuuD TELECOM LLC is seeking a customer-focused sales professional in Ajman to drive mobile phone and accessories sales on-site. You will identify needs, present solutions, and close deals while managing follow-ups and CRM records.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, handle objections, and work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales or telecom or consumer electronics.
• Previous mobile-phone or consumer-electronics retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to identify customer requirements, explain value, handle objections, follow up, and close sales.
• Confident in daily customer calling, WhatsApp follow-up, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
• English communication is required; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries via phone and WhatsApp until a decision is reached; log activities in ERP/CRM.
• Contact existing customers about upgrades, warranty expiry, accessories, exchanges, service needs, and offers.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of long-term customer relationships; cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.

Job description

• Welcome customers professionally and identify their actual requirements through proper questioning and active listening
• Present and sell new and used mobile phones accessories tablets watches warranties exchange options finance options and related services
• Explain product features and benefits in simple language and recommend the right solution based on the customer s requirements and budget
• Handle price objections professionally by explaining DuuD s value service quality warranty and customer benefits
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales quantity profit conversion and customer-relationship targets
• Follow up on every serious enquiry through telephone and WhatsApp until the customer reaches a clear decision
• Record every enquiry follow-up customer response next action and sales activity accurately in the company ERP CRM
• Contact existing customers regarding upgrades warranty expiry accessories exchange opportunities service requirements and relevant offers
• Build and maintain a personal portfolio of long-term customer relationships
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products without pressuring or misleading customers
• Request genuine Google reviews customer references photos videos or testimonials only from satisfied customers and with their permission
• Support approved in-store and digital-marketing campaigns WhatsApp communication social-media content and customer-reactivation activities
• Study product models specifications prices offers and competitors daily
• Submit all required daily sales enquiry follow-up and customer-relationship reports
• Follow DuuD Telecom s customer-service grooming behaviour attendance reporting and operating standards
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, mobile phones, accessories, consumer electronics, telecom, or another target-based customer-facing industry.
• Previous mobile-phone or consumer-electronics retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to approach customers, identify their requirements, explain value, handle objections, follow up, and close sales.
• Confident in daily customer calling, WhatsApp follow-up, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable using ERP, CRM, POS, billing software, tablets, and digital communication tools—or willing to learn quickly.
• Honest, disciplined, energetic, positive, customer-friendly, and accountable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English communication is required.
• Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time and on-site in Ajman.
• Must be ready to follow DuuD Telecom’s Sales & Marketing system strictly.
