2. Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Test Automation: Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for native, hybrid, and mobile web applications across Android and iOS platforms.
• Cross-Device Compatibility Testing: Validate application functionality across different smartphone models, tablet devices, screen sizes, resolutions, operating system versions, and hardware configurations.
• Automation Framework Development: Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and reliable automation frameworks using appropriate tools and programming languages.
• Functional Testing: Verify core application features, user workflows, navigation, authentication, notifications, forms, payments, and other business-critical functions.
• Regression Testing: Develop and execute automated regression suites to ensure new releases do not negatively affect existing functionality.
• Device Lab Management: Coordinate testing activities across physical devices, cloud-based device farms, emulators, and simulators.
• Performance Testing: Evaluate application responsiveness, startup time, memory consumption, CPU usage, battery impact, and stability under different conditions.
• Network Condition Testing: Test application behavior under varying network conditions, including slow connections, unstable connectivity, network switching, and offline scenarios.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and diagnostic information.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Relevant certifications in software testing, mobile automation, or quality assurance are advantageous but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of mobile application testing principles and software quality assurance methodologies.
• Practical experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS application architectures, development environments, and platform-specific behaviors.
