About the Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using standard tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regression, performance, integration, and usability testing as required.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test data, and test environments.
• Ensure software quality through continuous testing and feedback loops.

Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
