Job summary

Market Securities in Dubai is seeking a Middle Office Analyst – Bonds to join our Operations Hub. The role focuses on ensuring smooth post-trade processing and inventory control across government and corporate bonds in a dynamic, international environment.

You will liaise with traders, brokers, custodians and clearing agents while maintaining high operating standards and accurate P&L reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in related roles and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in middle office, trade support, operations or settlements.
• Experience in broker-dealer, investment bank, asset manager, custodian or clearing firm.
• Knowledge of fixed income settlement processes.
• Familiarity with Euroclear and/or Clearstream is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products and settlements.

About Market Securities

Market Securities is an independent international broker-dealer providing execution and liquidity solutions across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and Structured Products.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Middle Office Analyst – Bonds to join our Operations Hub in Dubai.

You will play a key role in supporting our Fixed Income business by ensuring the smooth processing of trades from execution through settlement while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products. Monitor trade capture, confirmations and settlement. Manage settlements across Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds, SSA and Emerging Markets through Euroclear, Clearstream and domestic markets. Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and unmatched trades. Liaise daily with traders, brokers, counterparties, custodians and clearing agents. Perform reconciliations and support accurate P&L reporting. Maintain strong operational controls and elevate risks where appropriate. Contribute to high settlement rates and excellent client service.

What we're looking for

2–5 years' experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations or Settlements. Experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, asset manager, custodian or clearing firm. Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement processes. Familiarity with Euroclear and/or Clearstream is highly desirable. Corporate Actions (Coupon Processing) experience is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Advanced Excel skills. Interest in AI tools and their application within Operations. Fluent English.
