Job summary

Market Securities Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Middle Office/Settlements professional to support the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products. You will monitor confirmations, manage settlements across bonds and markets, and liaise with traders, brokers, custodians and clearing agents to resolve breaks and ensure accurate P&L reporting.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations or Settlements.
• Experience in a broker-dealer, investment bank, asset manager, custodian or clearing firm.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement processes.
• Familiarity with Euroclear and/or Clearstream is highly desirable.
• Experience with Corporate Actions (Coupon Processing) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Interest in AI tools and their application within Operations.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products.
• Monitor trade capture confirmations and settlement.
• Manage settlements across Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds, SSA and Emerging Markets through Euroclear, Clearstream and domestic markets.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and unmatched trades.
• Liaise daily with traders, brokers, counterparties, custodians and clearing agents.
• Perform reconciliations and support accurate P&L reporting.
• Maintain strong operational controls and escalate risks where appropriate.
• Contribute to high settlement rates and excellent client service.
