Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participating with the Hub Service Manager in the creation and roll out of the Service strategy.
• Driving localization and implementation of the Service strategy across the Operating Unit.
• Developing growth initiatives to meet targets and building business cases for investments.
• Establishing financial targets for the unit and reporting progress.
• Leading processes to unify service delivery across countries and units.
• Promoting standard Service platforms and improving delivery processes for efficiency.
• Leading consolidation of functions and identifying hubs to serve across geographies.
• Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality, and ensuring technical reliability and cost-effective solutions.
• Driving team skills and coaching subordinates, while modeling Hitachi Energy’s values.
