Job summary

• Contribute to and roll out the Service strategy for the Operating Unit
• Drive growth initiatives and build business cases for investment opportunities
• Establish financial targets and report progress across the unit
• Promote one voice for Service and improve Net Promoter Scores
• Ensure implementation of standard Service platforms and drive efficient delivery
• Lead multi-country teams in tendering, project management, engineering and support
• Plan resource allocation and coach teams for service excellence
