CG FinTech in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Middle East Manager to implement regional market strategies, lead growth, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across the GCC. You will build client networks with banks, intermediaries, and referral partners while driving revenue growth and cross-border collaborations.

The role requires deep market knowledge of CFDs, crypto, and commodities, fluent English and Arabic, and a willingness to travel across key Middle Eastern markets

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or senior management within FX/CFD, financial services, investment banking, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience establishing and maintaining client and business relationships in the Middle East/GCC market.
  • Strong knowledge of CFD, cryptocurrency, and commodity futures.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, or experience in an Arabic‑speaking environment.

  • Implement regional market strategies and develop actionable growth plans to drive sustainable business expansion.
  • Drive financial performance through revenue growth, margin discipline, client acquisition, and cost management, ensuring strong commercial decision‑making.
  • Shape and continuously improve the Middle East client proposition by delivering culturally aligned, competitive, and relevant solutions for complex and internationally connected clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment banks, intermediaries, referral partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and strengthen investment banking and referral networks while maximizing international connections and cross-border referrals.
  • Build market influence and credibility through business travel, high‑level networking, and active participation in regional business communities, forums, and industry events across key Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, enhance colleagues’ capabilities, support succession planning, and establish regular performance, development, and feedback cycles.
  • Actively manage sales performance and ensure business proposals align with regional expectations, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide visionary and culturally sensitive leadership in relationship‑driven, complex, and uncertain business environments.
  • Monitor market trends, investment behaviour, competitive activity, and new business opportunities across the GCC and wider Middle East.
  • Represent CG FinTech as a senior business representative at strategic meetings, industry events, forums, and other high‑level engagements.

Job description

As CG FinTech’s Middle East Manager, you will be responsible for implementing regional market strategies and ensuring that overall performance targets are met. This includes making sound business decisions, developing actionable growth plans, and transforming business opportunities into scalable business outcomes.

You will serve as CG FinTech’s senior business representative in the region, establishing and developing relationships with clients, investment banks, intermediaries, and referral partners. You will provide visionary and culturally sensitive leadership, actively manage sales performance, ensure business proposals align with regional expectations and regulatory requirements, enhance team capabilities, build confidence, and ensure execution discipline.

You will also develop and deepen direct client relationships, strengthen investment banking and referral networks, and maximize international connections and cross-border referrals across the Middle East.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with CFD, cryptocurrency, and commodity futures.
  • Deep understanding of business culture, market dynamics, and investment behaviour across the GCC region, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in client interactions and decision-making.
  • Proven leadership success in market entry, expansion, or transformation.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence senior clients, intermediaries, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • High cultural intelligence, sound judgment, empathy, and strong relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results in relationship-driven, complex, and uncertain environments where outcomes are often influenced rather than directly controlled.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, communication, networking, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, or extensive professional experience working in an Arabic-speaking environment.
  • Willingness to undertake regular business travel across key Middle Eastern markets and participate in regional business communities, forums, and events.
