Linklaters’ Middle East Desk seeks a Client Manager to lead regional growth in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales opportunities, networking with clients, and building a strong pool of Re:link consultants for regional needs.

You will collaborate with UK and regional teams, manage client opportunities end-to-end, and support cross-border Resourcing initiatives in a fast-growing Middle East business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a flexible legal resourcing and/or alternative legal services platform is ideal.
• Energetic self-starter with entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Strong network in the Middle East with professional regional experience.

Aufgaben

• Grow Re:link’s profile and client network in the region.
• Drive business development and sales opportunities for Re:link in the Middle East.
• Identify and place Re:link consultants into fixed-term/interim roles at Linklaters clients.
• Grow a panel of Middle East-based Re:link consultants and build a loyal community.
• Manage client opportunities end-to-end with internal teams.
• Cross-sell Limitless capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Line-manage Re:link/Limitless team members where allocated.
• Provide cover for other Re:link Desks and undertake team projects as needed.
