Job summary

Backbase is seeking a Customer Success Director to drive customer satisfaction and success across the Middle-East. You will foster adoption and value realization of Backbase's Engagement Banking Platform, traveling across the region to build relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite and programme leaders.

You will lead renewal efforts, collaborate with Sales, R&D and Services, and help steer roadmap planning to maximize ARR growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years in a customer-facing role in the Middle East.
• Strong ability to build relationships with C-suite and programme leaders.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers across the region.
• Engage senior stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle to align Backbase solutions with needs.
• Lead renewal discussions and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to grow ARR.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Services to address adoption challenges and roadmap planning.
• Capture customer feedback for product improvement and RFF processes.
