Flip retail in Dubai seeks an energetic Female Events Sales Manager to coordinate meetings, events and corporate inquiries with clients. You will plan events with clients, present suitable reception and venue options, and oversee the full administration and execution of planned events.

You will negotiate space, dates and pricing, target high-occupancy dates, build relationships with customers to understand needs, and drive repeat business through outstanding service and proactive sales activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in events sales and planning with clients.
• Ability to negotiate venue, dates and rates to secure bookings.
• Develop and solicit banquet and event package plans.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and drive repeat business.
• Maintain online partner sites with updated pictures, descriptions and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, handle and convert meetings, events and group inquiries.
• Plan events with the client and present suitable options at the highest standard.
• Organize hotel show rounds and manage event execution end-to-end.
• Negotiate space, dates and pricing to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Assist in development of event packages and promotions.
• Keep records of inquiries, referrals and sales activity.
