TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) METAP team is expanding with a Data Analyst who will turn data into insights that shape business decisions. You’ll own data infrastructure, perform deep-dive analysis, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting and operational metrics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track KPI movements, and identify opportunities for growth across markets while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy consulting in the Middle East.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate to execution.
• Business and numerical acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
• Experience in market sizing or competitive intelligence.
• Familiarity with digital advertising products and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own METAP data infrastructure and single source of truth.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting with clear ownership.
• Attribute revenue and KPI movements; deep-dive analysis.
• Build automation and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
• Support product and account tracking and related views.
• Collaborate with GBS teams to bring new analytical lenses.
• Provide daily support and align definitions across METAP.
