Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Ability to define metrics, identify KPI drivers, and translate data into business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets, reporting pipelines, and metric governance.
• Experience delivering recurring business reporting and operating reviews with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own METAP data infrastructure, metric definitions, and a single source of truth for operating numbers.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting (daily / weekly / monthly / MBR) with stable cadence and clear ownership.
• Attribute revenue and KPI movements; perform deep-dive analyses on drivers, risks, and exceptions.
• Build and scale automation and AI-assisted workflows for reporting and routine analysis.
• Support product tracking and related operating views as needed.
• Partner with other GBS teams to introduce analytical lenses into operating reviews.
• Provide daily support to the business and align METAP coverage on definitions and numbers.
