Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with Meta Ads.
• Strong experience managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, retargeting and optimization.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns and ROI optimization.
• Knowledge of advertising metrics, budget management and tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing multiple campaigns.
• UAE/GCC market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
• Set up objectives, targeting, placements, budgets, and bidding.
• Manage retargeting and build lookalike audiences.
• Conduct A/B tests of creatives, copies, audiences.
• Monitor performance and optimize to meet KPIs.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for high-performing creatives.
• Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA and ROAS.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
