Job summary

LVMH Group in Dubai is seeking a Merchandising Intern to support the Middle East Merchandising Team by managing inventory and offers, analyzing stock to sales ratios, and planning replenishment through allocations.

You will prepare ad-hoc reporting for Buyers, assist in seasonal buying campaigns, and participate in order inputs, with exposure to luxury sector dynamics across stores.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• IT abilities with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP/Business.

• Market and Product Analysis: Weekly KPI and stock reporting.
• Merchandising analyses by country/store/product category.
• Competitors and market trends analysis during buying.
• Pre- and post-buying analysis and reporting.
• Participation in buying sessions.
• Stock Management: monitor stock levels across stores and evaluate replenishments.
• Product: prepare presentations for Seasonal Product Training and contribute to store communications.

The Merchandising Intern supports the Middle East Merchandising Team in managing the inventory and the offer by providing scheduled reporting. He/She analyses stock to sales ratios and plans replenishment through allocations and consolidations. He/She provides ad-hoc reporting as needed by the Buyers, prepares analyses for seasonal buying campaigns, and participates in the order inputs.

Job responsibilities

Market and Product Analysis

• Weekly reporting and analysis of KPI's related to sales and stock
• Merchandising analyses by country/store/product category
• Competitors and market trends analysis Buying
• Pre and post buying analysis and reporting
• Participation to the buying sessions

Stock Management

• Monitoring of stock levels across stores
• Evaluation of in-season product replenishments

Product

• Preparation of presentations for Seasonal Product Training
• Contribution to communication tools for the store teams

Profile
