Job summary

Niru is seeking a reliable and disciplined FMCG Merchandiser for their operations in Dubai. The role involves ensuring continuous on-shelf availability, applying FIFO standards, and maintaining clean displays. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern trade in the UAE and a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of modern trade and supermarket execution in the UAE.

• Physically capable of handling merchandising tasks.
• Willingness to attend the office and work in the market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous on-shelf availability and shelves are filled to capacity.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) across shelves and store warehouses.
• Inspect in-store warehouses and transfer stock to shelves during visits.
• Rotate shelf stock correctly and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Maximize shelf presence for Niru products.

Job description

• Ensure continuous on-shelf availability and shelves are filled to capacity at all times
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) across shelves and store warehouses
• Inspect in-store warehouses and transfer stock to shelves during each visit
• Rotate shelf stock correctly and maintain clean, organized displays
• Maximize shelf presence and visibility for Niru products
• Implement shelf rental and promotional displays in line with agreed terms
• Identify, report, and action damaged or short-expiry stock according to company policy
• Use approved POSM, ensuring it is clean, visible, and appropriately placed
• Complete daily call reports, stock transfer sheets, and all required documentation accurately

Requirements

• Proven experience as an FMCG Merchandiser, preferably within food & beverage
• Strong knowledge of modern trade and supermarket execution in the UAE
• Hardworking, reliable, and disciplined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
• Physically capable of handling merchandising tasks
• Willingness to attend the office and work in the market as agreed with Sales Management
• UAE market experience and valid residency preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License
