Qualifications

• Proven experience as an FMCG Merchandiser, preferably within food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of modern trade and supermarket execution in the UAE.
• Hardworking, reliable, and disciplined with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of handling merchandising tasks.
• Willingness to attend the office and work in the market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous on-shelf availability and shelves are filled to capacity.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) across shelves and store warehouses.
• Inspect in-store warehouses and transfer stock to shelves during visits.
• Rotate shelf stock correctly and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Maximize shelf presence for Niru products.
