Job summary

Emirates Bustanica in Dubai is seeking a Merchandiser to optimise in-store presentation, coordinate stock, and drive sales across display areas. You will monitor performance, respond to market feedback, and ensure timely deliveries with suppliers.

The role requires a UAE driving license, with minimum 3 years UAE merchandiser experience in food/retail, and a track record in category-based merchandising. We offer a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities within the Emirates Flight

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and UAE merchandising experience.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
• Experience in Fruit & vegetable category will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and manage stock display and promotions to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collect market feedback and report to the manager to inform sales decisions.
• Arrange stock display and rotation to optimise space across display areas.
• Assess product displays and store layouts to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Review competitor presence and pricing to protect market share.
• Maintain invoices, LPOs and delivery orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Apply merchandising strategies to deliver improvements in sales results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and identify losses or stock wastage and manage order processing and timely delivery communication with suppliers and distributors, to minimise revenue loss and ensure uninterrupted stock availability.
• Collect and consolidate market/customer feedback and report it to the immediate Manager in a timely manner, enabling informed and responsive sales decision‑making.
• Arrange and manage stock display and rotation to optimise space utilisation, maximising product visibility and sales potential across all display areas.
• Assess the effectiveness of product displays and store layouts, driving continuous improvement in customer engagement and conversion at point of sale.
• Review competitor brand presence including pricing, in‑store marketing, and promotional activity to inform competitive positioning and protect market share.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices, ensuring the organisation's merchandising approach remains competitive and current.
• Maintain and manage invoices, Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and delivery orders in line with company guidelines and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit‑readiness across all transactions.
• Apply a proven track record in merchandising strategy and promotional activity to consistently deliver measurable improvements in sales results.
• Manage and maintain vehicle logs and ensure proper care and maintenance of company vehicles, minimising downtime and extending asset lifespan.

Educational Qualification
