Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an experienced MEP Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for Facilities Management operations in Dubai. You will design competency-based programmes, maintain training records, and certify staff upon successful completion.

The role requires 5–8 years in FM or building operations with 2–3 years in training, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant engineering field.
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical Systems, BMS, FM, or HSE are advantageous.
• 5–8 years in Facilities Management or Building Operations; 2–3 years in technical training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, practical, and on-site MEP training sessions.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
• Assess trainee competency through tests and practicals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Account Managers, and Site Teams.
• Maintain training records and KPI dashboards.
