Job summary

Al Ghurair Facility Management in Dubai, UAE seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician (MEP) to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance across malls, commercial buildings, hotels, or mixed-use facilities. The role requires an ITI or Diploma in a related trade and 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Ideal candidates will diagnose and troubleshoot multiple building systems, demonstrate strong teamwork, and possess good communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical trade.
• 4–5 years of experience in malls, commercial buildings, hotels, or mixed-use facilities.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot multiple building systems independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
