Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an experienced MEP Trainer to develop and deliver technical training programs for Facilities Management teams in the UAE. You will coordinate training across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and safety systems to ensure staff competence and safety.

The role involves creating materials, assessments, and learning pathways, while aligning content with client standards and regulatory requirements. You will also manage training records and promote best maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related engineering field.
• Certified Trainer with Train-the-Trainer preferred.
• Additional certifications in HVAC, Electrical Systems, BMS, FM or HSE advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, practical, and on-site technical training sessions for FM personnel.
• Deliver training on MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, Fire & Life Safety).
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and handbooks.
• Conduct assessments, identify gaps, and certify staff upon course completion.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and client requirements.
