Job summary

World People Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Technician to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in facility management, GCC experience preferred, and is willing to work 9 hours daily, 6 days a week. Visa and air ticket are provided by the company. Basic English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an MEP Technician in Facility Management or Maintenance.
• GCC country experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related building services.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the GCC region.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in commercial/residential facilities.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, pumps, and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GCC codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with facility teams to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.
• Assist in commissioning and testing of MEP systems.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
