Job summary

INTAS1 in the UAE seeks an experienced MEP Technician to support building facilities. The ideal candidate is already in the country with hands-on UAE field experience and can hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven building maintenance experience inside the UAE.
• Candidate must be in the UAE with current visa status or transferable visa.
• Hands-on multi-skilled maintenance experience in building facilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems including FCUs, AHUs and basic chillers.
• Maintain electrical distribution boards, lighting control panels, and safety-compliant fault finding.
• Inspect and service plumbing systems including water pumps, drainage lines and sanitary fixtures.
