Job summary

You will leverage a strong industry network to drive revenue growth, manage relationships with contractors and clients, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales in MEP/HVAC/building materials.
• Strong understanding of MEP products and project life cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers and MEP subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams to provide solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.
