Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Project Engineer for MEP (Electrical/Mechanical) on an offshore Abu Dhabi project. You will manage MEP works from construction through testing and commissioning, ensuring adherence to ADNOC standards, HSE, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities include supervising MEP installation, coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing drawings and submittals, and monitoring progress to enable handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant MEP/project engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction, testing, and commissioning.
• 3–4 years offshore experience.
• Oil & Gas/EPC experience required.
• ADNOC project experience preferred.
• Valid offshore/ADNOC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and quality.
• Resolve technical/site issues and support project handover.
