Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
4–10 years of experience in MEP/building services consultancy.
UAE/GCC consultancy experience preferred.
Experience with residential towers, villas or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

Design HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for various building types.
Prepare drawings, calculations, specifications, and submissions.
Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural and electrical teams.
Ensure designs meet UAE authority requirements, Civil Defence, ASHRAE and NFPA standards.
Review shop drawings, material submittals and contractor proposals.
Attend client and coordination meetings.
Develop designs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
